Now casting background actors and featured talent for upcoming HBO western-base pilot currently titled ‘Brooklyn’. Filming will be taking place beginning May and June 2018 in and around the Macon and Atlanta GA areas. The casting director is currently looking to casting the following types:
- AFRICAN-AMERICAN CHILDREN – Seeking African-American children, Ages 9-18. Must have natural hair, no braids. Please take a pics with child holding a piece of paper with today’s date written on it. Put “CEDAR CHILD” in the email subject line.
- WESTERN TYPES – Seeking thin-framed Men, Women & Children Seeking thin-framed men, women and children. Adult Ages 18+. Children Ages 6-10. Must have natural-colored hair as the scene takes place in 1880 West No fake nails / no modern haircuts / no shaved heads. They would love to see mustaches on men and bangs on women. If you have weathered looking faces and are a sun-lover they need you, too. Should be comfortable with altering hair slightly if required. Works 5/10. Fitting 5/7 or 5/8. - AFRICAN-AMERICAN 1920’s types – Seeking African-American Men and Women, Ages 18+ with natural colored hair (no dyes, extensions or shaved hairlines) for scene that is set in 1921. They love mustaches, no full beards. Works 5/30. Please put “AA 1921” in the email subject line.
- MACON LOCALS – Seeking Men and Women Ages 18+ who live in and around the Macon GA area to play civilians. If you own a dated car, they want to work with this as well. If you own an electric car this is even better! Send year/make/model in your email submission. Please put “MACON” in the email subject line.
- PIANO PLAYER – Seeking an experienced African-American piano player. Ages 25-45. Please put “AA Piano” in the email subject line.
