CASTING CALL FOR NBC’s CHICAGO FIRE SEASON 11
A casting call has gone out seeking talent for Season 11 of the NBC action-drama series Chicago Fire as production is set to get underway beginning on July 19th 2022. The series which stars Jesse Spencer, Taylor Kinney, Lauren German, Christian Stolte and Eamonn Walker, premiered on NBC on October 10, 2012. The show follows the firefighters and paramedics working at Firehouse 51 of the Chicago Fire Department, home of Truck 81, Squad 3, and Ambulance 61, as they risk their lives to save and protect the citizens of their city. On February 27, 2020, NBC renewed the series for a ninth, tenth and eleventh season. The tenth season premiered on September 22, 2021. The eleventh season is set to premiere on September 21, 2022.
Filming is taking place in and around the Chicago, Ill area. The casting director is seeking the following non-union types to work on the series as paid extras, standins and possible featured talent:
- BUSINESS PEOPLE/FBI TYPES – Seeking MALES AND FEMALES, all ethnicities, 30’s to 50’s, to work as BUSINESS PEOPLE AND FBI TYPES (males short hair, clean shaven) on Monday, May 1st. COVID Testing April 28th, you might have to attend a wardrobe fitting on Thursday, April 27th. Please put “May 1st” in the email subject line.
- HOSPITAL TYPES – Seeking ALES AND FEMALES, all ethnicities, 20’s to 70’s, to work as HOSPITAL TYPES on TUESDAY, May 2ND. COVID Testing May 1ST. Please put “HOSP 5.2” in the email subject line.
- SPECTATORS – Seeking MALES and FEMALES, 20’s/30’s, all ethnicities, to work as Looky-loos watching an accident. This will film on Sunday April 30th, and the Covid test will be on Friday, 4.28th. You might need a wardrobe fitting. Please put “Looky 4.30” in email subject line.
- ASTROLOGISTS – Seeking AFRICAN AMERICAN, LATINA, ASIAN, MIDDLE EASTERN FEMALES, late 30’s/early 40’s, who might be into astrology (or not), tarot reading and can pull off that look. Maybe you have long hair, or you know, fun jewelry, into crystals, etc. he picture you send in should be current and casual with this non-speaking role in mind. Don’t go all out and look all world- loving, just don’t look like a business type in a suit. This will film on Tuesday, May 2nd, and the Covid test will be on Monday, May 1st. - PEOPLE WITH CARS – Seeking MALES AND FEMALES, 20’s to 60’s, all ethnicities, to work with your CAR (no white, no red, no black, no dents or rust, insurance on car). Works 4/27. COVID Text 4/24. Please send photo of your car with your submission. Include, year, make and model. Please put “Car 4.26” in the subject line.
COVID testing is also mandatory prior to work on this series.
