Marvel Universe Live Auditions 2022

Marvel Universe LIVE in associaton with Feld Entertainment is gearing up for a national and international tour and is holding open auditions for action performers! They are seeking dynamic action performers, martial artists, gymnasts, acrobats, trickers, stilt walkers and aerialists for the touring arena stunt spectacular, Marvel Universe LIVE! Ideal candidates should possess stage combat experience in addition to training in one or more of the following disciplines: harness flying, martial arts, parkour, gymnastics or motorcycle riding (freestyle, trials, motocross and tricks a plus). Stunt training and experience with high falls, fire burns, whips, and rappelling a plus.

They are also seeking performers who have training in martial arts weapons, stage combat weapons and firearms. Performers who wish to demonstrate solo weapons work (nunchaku, kali sticks, sai) are welcome to bring equipment for a solo demonstration. Pair or multi-performer weapon and sword work may be asked to send casting a video submission.

All performers will learn a basic stage combat routine and will be assessed on basic individual and/or group stunt skills. Some performers may be asked to demo their floor tumbling, tricking or highest-level martial arts maneuvers following the stage combat routine.

Candidates should be dressed in fitted athletic attire and have hair securely pulled back away from the face in order to move safely during the audition. Please, no character look alike costumes, armor, toy props or accessories.

Contracts begin early-November 2022 and offer competitive pay, benefits and international travel. Please provide a non-returnable headshot at registration on the selected audition date. All candidates must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Successful touring candidates must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination is required and may be submitted via the Company’s secure website. Fully vaccinated is defined as 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or 14 days after the single dose of a one-dose vaccine. For other local requirements to enter the audition facility, please contact the studio directly.
