Seeking the best singers and dancers, ages 8-23, to be a part of the world premiere of Hits! a fresh new high-energy musical highlighting songs in pop, rock, and Broadway. It will incorporate fast- paced production medleys, dazzling costumes, and is sure to thrill audiences young and old. The cast of approximately 22 members will consist of the country’s most talented singers and dancers. It is a national tour that will travel to 50+ cities around the United States in 2023 and auditions are happening now!

- FEMALE SINGERS/DANCERS – 8-23 years old, all ethnicities, trans female, non-binary. Are you a soprano that can deliver a searing rendition of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” or “My Heart Will Go On”? Maybe you rock out to “Satisfaction” or “Holding Out For A Hero”? Or maybe you can capture the pop perfection of “Baby One More Time”, “Party In the USA” or The Greatest Showman’s “This Is Me”. Seeking kids and young women who can rock out to everything from “Age of Aquarius” to “Get This Party Started” to “Respect” to “Rolling In The Deep” to “Tomorrow”. Different tracks in this production cover Pop, Rock, Broadway, Alternative Pop, and R&B style music. No matter what the genre, all should be fearless vocalists. All singers must dance. Those who are 18-23 must be actually 18-23 (not looking for someone who can “play the age”).

Maybe you can rock out to “Born In The USA” or “Sweet Child O’ Mine”? Or maybe you can capture the R&B essence of “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” or CeeLo Green’s “Forget You”. Seeking kids and young men who can rock out to everything from “Stayin’ Alive” to “Billie Jean” to “Uptown Funk” to the Who’s “Pinball Wizard”. Different tracks in this production cover Pop, R&B/Rap, Rock, and Broadway style music. No matter what the genre, all should be fearless vocalists. All singers must dance. Those who are 18-23 must be actually 18-23 (not looking for someone who can “play the age”).
WHAT TO PREPARE
All performers will be asked to sing 45 seconds/32 bars of a song of choice. Some may be asked to dance.
Performers should be comfortable tackling different genres of music. This is a paid opportunity. Flight, hotels, and meals compensated; pay will be pro-rated if less than a full week of shows.
