Production will begin the end of this month on the upcoming action-thriller feature film Den of Thieves. A casting call has gone out seeking talent to work as extras and featured players on the movie. The film stars Gerard Butler and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. The storyline focuses on $120 million that is taken out of circulation on a daily basis by the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve and a notorious crew of robbers that plan the ultimate heist right under the noses of the city’s best cops. Producing the project are Mark Canton and Tucker Tooley, as well as Butler and his manager Alan Siegel via the duo’s G-BASE production company. Filming will take place in Atlanta GA.
The casting directors are currently seeking the following to work as photo doubles:
- African American Male, dark complexion with at least a little hair – some beard is a must. 6’2″ 190. pants: 34X34. suit: 40R. shoe: 11.5.
- White Male with Blonde short or buzzed hair. Must have facial hair. 5’10” 160 pants: 32X30, shirt: 15.5X33. shoe: 9.
- Latino or White Male with dark brown or black hair and some facial hair. 5’9″ medium build and a GOATEE or similar.
- Also needed are Hispanic or Brazilian Male Soccer Player types ages 18-40’s. Would film Monday March 6th AND Tuesday March 7th in the Atlanta area. Please put Soccer Player in email subject.
