Casting Call for NBC Drama Pilot ‘Manifest’

A casting call has gone out seeking talent to work as background and possible featured talent on the upcoming NBC mystery thriller pilot, Manifest.  According to Variety, the series is described a mystery thriller  where a plane disappears from radar and returns years later after being untraceable and presumed lost at sea.  No time has passed for those on the plane, but for their loved ones at home, many years have gone by. The series follows their personal lives as well as the larger mystery and purpose that is their destiny. The series has cast Melissa Roxburgh and Josh Dallas in its lead roles.  Jeff Rake will write and produce.  Robert Zemeckis will executive produce. Production is taking place in New York City.  Scenes will also film in parts of Newburgh, NY.

The casting directors at Grant Wilfley Casting have posted a call seeking the following:

  • Men & Women (preferred Newburgh, NY locals) to play airport travelers and police.  Write “Stewart Airport Local” in email subject line.
  • Men & Women of East Indian descent, ages 50+ to play a family celebrating. Must be available 3/15 and 3/22.
  • Children (ages 8-12) to play Cancer patients receiving treatment.
  • Female Teens  (ages 13-19) to play high school soccer players.
