A casting call has gone out for Season 8 of the Showtime comedy-drama series, Shameless. This remake of the British series stars William H. Macy is set in Chicago. The series depicts the dysfunctional family of Frank Gallagher (William H. Macy), a single father of six children. While he spends his days drunk, his kids learn to take care of themselves. Although, the series is filmed in Los Angeles, all exterior scenes are shot in Chicago. Filming of those scenes will start July 31st through August 4th.
