A casting call has gone out seeking background talent to work on the upcoming New Line romantic comedy, Isn’t It Romantic. Set to star are Rebel Wilson, Adam Devine and Liam Hemsworth. The story tells of a cynical woman (Wilson) who discovers that her life has become a romantic comedy, and she goes from sidekick to center stage. The two actors are two points in a love triangle with (Wilson), with (Devine) playing a character who is stuck in the friend zone and (Hemsworth) the hunky object of Wilson’s affections. Filming begins in July in NYC.
The extras casting director over at Grant Wilfley Casting are currently seeking the following:
- SAG-AFTRA/Non-Union Caucasian Female to portray a photo double for Rebel Wilson. Height: 5’3-5’5, Size 14-16 dress. Looking for someone with flexible availability. Should be comfortable wearing a wig on camera if necessary!
- SAG-AFTRA/Non-Union Men and Women to play Latino neighborhood pedestrians in NYC.
- SAG-AFTRA/Non-Union Men and Women to play attractive, upscale NYC types.
