Open Casting Call for Upcoming Film Jumanji

Central Casting has put out casting calls  seeking Atlanta area talent to for small, non-speaking roles in the upcoming movie Jumanji.  The new film stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan and Nick Jonas.  Early reports had suggested this film would be something of a reboot of the 1995 original that starred the late Robin Williams as a man who’s freed from a magical jungle-set board game after decades in captivity and must help two children deal with the appearance of that game’s animal kingdom inhabitants in their living room.  But, current lead actor in the film, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently made it clear that the film will not be a reboot tale but rather, a straightforward follow up that pays tribute to it’s predecessor.

Right now, they are  specifically seeking fresh faces for the following:

  • STUDENTS – Currently casting males and females over the age of 18 (any ethnicity) who appear to be teenagers to portray high school students. They are also looking for students who are willing to work with their bicycles or skateboards!! Please mention this in your submission.
  • CARS – Currently casting males and females over the age of 18 (any ethnicity) to work with their cars! Looking for men & women 18+ to portray Teenagers w/Cars. Also looking for men and women who appear to be 30’s-50’s to portray Teachers w/Cars. Sedans & SUV- NO RED, BLACK, or WHITE. Please include year, make, model, and color in your submission. Additional $25 car bump.
  • HOVERBOARD – Currently casting one male or female (any ethnicity) over the age of 18, who appears to be a teenager in high school. Must own your own hoverboard and know how to ride! Include pictures of yourself on your hoverboard in your submission.

These scenes will fil 12/6 and 12/7.   If you are fully available for both days a please submit to Jumanji@centralcasting.com and put desired role in the subject line.  In your email please be sure to include: your name, phone number, sizes & current photo(s) of yourself and car. Please also list your relevant experience and include photos of yourself performing, if possible.
