HBO’s ‘Succession’ Season 4 Casting Call

Production is currently underway on the upcoming fourth season of the HBO black comedy-l drama series Succession  The series follows the Roys, owners of media conglomerate Waystar RoyCo. The family patriarch, Logan Roy , has experienced a decline in health. His four children – removed oldest son Connor, power-hungry Kendall, irreverent Roman , and politically savvy Siobhan – all with varying degrees of connection to the company, begin to prepare for a future without their father, and each begins vying for prominence within the company. The series stars an ensemble cast featuring Hiam Abbass, Nicholas Braun, Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin, Peter Friendman, Natalie Gold, Matther Macfadyen, Alan Ruck Parker Sawyers, Sarah Snook and Jeremy Strong. In October 2021, the series was renewed for a fourth season.

Filming will be taking place in and around the NYC area and the casting director is currently seeking the following to work on the series as paid background actors, standins, photo doubles and possible featured talent:

  • POODLE OWNERS – Seeking SAG and NON SAG Owners of Standard Size Poodles to portray Pedestrian types in an exterior scene. Scheduled filming TBD (July 5 or July 6). Mandatory COVID testing TBD (July 1 or July 5). Please put “Standard Poodle Owner” in the email subject line. Please include photo of your sog in your submission.

**Please be advised that to work on Succession, all background cast members must be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”). Being “up-to-date” means a person has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible. In other words, this means that at least 2 weeks have elapsed since receiving the 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or since receiving a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine; and when a booster shot is recommended, that the individual has received it.
