Casting Call for the MGM Sequel “Creed III” starring Michael B. Jordan

A casting call has gone out seeking various types to work as paid background to possible featured talent on the upcoming sequel to the 2015 MGM hit movie Creed starring Michael B. Jordan who will also make his directorial debut with the film. The feature “Creed III” currently under the working title of Beverly Street, follows the first two successful films based on the Rocky movies franchise. The third iteration was officially announced in March 2021 after much speculation. Set to star alongside Michael B. Jordan are Tessa Thompson and Phylicia Rashad who will reprise their roles as Bianca and Mary. The film is set to be released in late 2022.

Filming is taking place in the Atlanta GA area this go around unlike the previous films which were shot in Philadelphia, PA. The Daily Mail has shared several photos of Jordan appearing on the Atlanta set of Creed 3, as the film began production back in January 2022. The casting director is currently seeking the following to work on the feature as paid backcground and possible featured talent:

  • INDUSTRY EVENT ATTENDEES – Seeking Men and Women, any ethnicity, in the 18 to 50 year old range to play record label executives, partygoers, and attendees of a record label party. Tuesday, February 22nd (Zoom Fittings), Wednesday, February 23rd (Covid test), Thursday, Feb. 24th and Friday, Feb. 25th (Filming). Please put “RECORD LABEL PARTY” in email subject line.
  • BOYS – Seeking Minor boys, Ages 4 to 17, any ethnicity, to play the kids in the facility. Wardrobe will be provided. Each minor must also have a Parent/Guardian over the age of 18 available to Covid test and accompany on the filming date. Monday the 21st (Covid test), Tuesday 22nd (Filming). Please put “YOUTH FACILITY” in email subject line.
  • MINOR PHOTODOUBLE – Seeking a minor photo double for the lead actor’s child. Height: 4’5″Weight: 60 lbs. Shoe: size 3Shirt/pants/jacket: 7/8 kids. Will be needed for multiple dates until the end of March so your child should have open availability to test, fit, and film when necessary. Please put “AMARA PD” in email subject line.
  • DEAF & HARD OF HEARING MINORS – Seeking children ages 6 to 17 years old to portray deaf and hard of hearing students from the deaf and hard of hearing community attending school. Works MARCH 7TH, 2022. Please put “AMARA’S CLASSMATE” in email subject line. When submitting, please include parent/guardians name and note if your child is part of the deaf and hard of hearing community.

The COVID test MUST be completed 24 hours prior to your first work date.While at the test facility and on set, Production requires that a face mask that covers your nose and mouth be worn. All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.
