Talent Search Seeking Fresh Faces for HBO Pilot ‘DMZ’

A casting search has gone out seeking fresh faces for the upcoming Warner Bros. pilot comic series “DMZ” which has been ordered at HBO MAX. According to Variety, the prospective series hails from showrunner and executive producer Roberto Patino, and is described a futuristic drama set in an American civil war.  Filming on the Warner Bros. Television pilot is set to begin in early 2020. The pilot will be produced by Ava DuVernay’s Array Filmworks, in association with Warner Bros. Television.

The casting directors are currently seeking the following to work on the series as paid background extras, standins and possible featured talent:

  • Tough Females – Seeking tough and intimidating females, Any ethnicity, Ages 18 thru 45. Please send in tough photos with your submissions. Works March 6TH. Please put “TOUGH GIRL/INTIMIDATING” in the email subject line.
  • Manhattan Citizens – Seeking Men and Women, Ages 18 thru 80, Any ethnicity to play Manhattan types for an evacuation scene. Please put “MANHATTAN” in the email subject line. Works February 29th and March 1st.
